Situated at 5510 Grosvenor Lane, the scenic community shares the land of Wild Acres, former home of National Geographic president, editor, and photojournalist Gilbert H. Grosvenor. The abundant history of the Grosvenor family and scenic grounds are tied into the architectural design and function of the community, which features the latest amenities and joyful spaces to keep residents engaged and living their best, most vibrant life.

The Grosvenor community is home to 96 apartments that span across almost three scenic acres. Fifty-eight assisted living apartments are equipped to support those who need help with daily tasks. The Wellspring Village® features 26 apartments designed for memory care. Enhanced care apartments (12 total) are available to residents living with ALS, Parkinson’s Disease, or other types of conditions that require a higher level of attention.
