ROCKY HILL, Conn. (October 5, 2023) – The Residence at Ferry Park, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, announced today that it has hired Maureen Cunningham as the Sales and Marketing Director. LCB Senior Living Sales and Marketing Directors are responsible for working with future residents and their families to educate them on offerings and differentiators, guiding them through decision-making to choose a community as a new home.
Cunningham holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work degree from Southern Connecticut 
State University. She has also received her Connecticut Real Estate License Certification. Over the past 15 years, Cunningham has worked in the senior living industry. Previously, she served as Lifestyle Advisor for the Sales and Marketing team at Evergreen Woods in North Branford, Connecticut.
