The new appointments include Matt Perez as Vice President of Dining, Daryl Elliott as Vice President of Facilities Management, Constance Sablan as Vice President of Marketing, Pam Hardesty as Regional Director of Operations and Susan Ritty as Regional Director of Wellness.
Matt Perez – Vice President of Dining 
Matt Perez joins Volante with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry. His previous roles include National Director of Dining with MBK and VP of Hospitality at The Valeo Groupe. Educated at the Culinary Institute of America, Matt is passionate about sustainability in dining and was recognized for his efforts with the Sustainable Business of the Year award in 2012. His focus on creating exceptional dining experiences will greatly enhance the quality of life for residents.
Daryl Elliott – Vice President of Facilities Management 
With over 25 years of experience in facilities management and project oversight, Daryl Elliott is poised to ensure that VSL’s facilities are not only well-maintained but also optimized for residents’ well-being. His extensive background with organizations such as Enlivant and Anthology, combined with his expertise in Capex planning and asset preservation, will help maintain high standards across all facilities.
Constance Sablan – Vice President of Marketing 
Constance Sablan brings over 25 years of marketing and communications expertise to Volante. Known for her strategic vision and ability to enhance brand identity, Constance excels in understanding customer needs and driving engagement through innovative marketing and storytelling. Her previous role as Vice President of Communications at MUFG and as a Marketing and Communications consultant with several senior living providers will be instrumental in elevating Volante’s brand and engagement initiatives.
Pam Hardesty – Regional Director of Operations 
Pam has been making a significant impact in the senior living industry for over 13 years, dedicating the last five years to her role as a multi-site Regional Director of Operations. She takes great pride in leading teams to success and helping her colleagues grasp the various elements crucial to managing a thriving community. Currently, Pam is pursuing her PhD in Leadership and Organizational Management, finding joy in applying her academic insights to practical situations in her work.
Susan Ritty – Regional Director of Wellness 
Susan brings over 12 years of experience in senior care, specializing in multi-site and regional director roles in wellness across assisted living and dementia care. Her career also includes experience in geri-psych, post-acute care, and clinical education. Notably, she successfully managed and stabilized 20 communities at one point in her career. Susan holds a BSN from Penn State University and has dedicated her career to serving the geriatric population.
