WALTHAM, Mass.—Kristine Tilton, a Wellesley native with 20 years’ experience in senior living, has been named executive director for Waterstone at Wellesley.
Tilton currently works as executive director at EPOCH Assisted Living at Boylston Place. She previously worked as executive director at EPOCH Assisted Living of Norton. She has worked with EPOCH Senior Living since 2001.
A Wellesley High School graduate, Tilton attended Bentley University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing. She began her career in senior living in 1992 as a regional marketing assistant.
Tilton said she is looking forward to her new role at Waterstone at Wellesley. “I’m excited to be a part of the Wellesley community, and to take on this wonderful opportunity,” she said. “It’s rewarding to be a part of EPOCH’s growth. This role is a great chance to continue growing with EPOCH.”
