Job Corps is the nation’s largest free, residential career training and education program for low-income young adults ages 16 through 24.

Job Corp Connect is an initiative led by Argentum’s Workforce Development to meet the current and future needs of the senior living industry. Our focus is two-fold: engage and recruit the senior living employers and provide them with job corps student career seekers.

  • Our workforce team is currently operating a pilot program, in partnership, with the job corps centers in Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Nevada and New Jersey.
  • Our workforce team is working with the job corps centers to track successful graduating candidates on behalf of senior living employers.

Direct Workforce Services (DWS)

Argentum, through its third-party partnership, can now assist member owners and operators in claiming and securing labor-based credits, incentives, and grant money through our Direct Workforce Services (DWS) group.

  • We interface with the local/state/federal jurisdictions to handle the pre-screening of candidates and prepare the necessary paperwork ensuring your day-to-day operation is not negatively impacted.
  • DWS’ OJT and WOTC services are on a contingency fee basis, allowing companies to see firsthand our value without any out-of-pocket costs. NO FEES to DWS unless we produce results.
  • Your company makes the final hiring decisions on candidates presented and can hire as many qualified employees as you need.
  • Grant decisions are yours. While we drive discovery and updates for a minimal monthly fee, it is your decision when to move forward on an opportunity.
