Naperville, IL — Charter Senior Living is thrilled to announce its Annual Farmers Market for the third year. We understand that many of our associates may lack the means to purchase fresh vegetables and other essentials for Thanksgiving Celebration. This special event will take place between today and Thanksgiving, allowing our hardworking associates to access fresh produce, Thanksgiving extras, and other local goods to take home and enjoy the holiday with their families—all at no cost.
At Charter Senior Living, we recognize that our staff members are the backbone of our community, tirelessly working to ensure the well-being and happiness of our residents. As a token of appreciation for their commitment and to help alleviate the financial burden and time required to go to the grocery store shopping, we are providing fresh produce and nutritious food. We have organized this farmer’s market exclusively for them.
The market will feature a variety of seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs, and specialty items, along with Thanksgiving staples such as turkeys, stuffing, and pies. In addition to food items, we will also have activities to promote employee engagement.
“We are incredibly grateful for our staff’s dedication and hard work, especially during challenging times,” said Jayne Sallerson, President “This farmers market is a way to say thank you and ensure that our team has access to fresh, healthy food options. We believe that supporting our staff goes hand in hand with ensuring the best care for our residents.”
