DALLAS, TX – December 4, 2024 – Lifespace Communities, one of the nation’s top 10 largest nonprofit senior living organizations, announced the addition of Amy Wilson to its senior leadership team as Senior Vice President Finance. Wilson will officially begin her role on December 2, reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer Nick Harshfield.
Wilson comes to Lifespace from CBRE, a global real estate leader, where she served as CFO –Global Workplace Solutions and guided 2,300 business partners worldwide and corporate FP&A teams. Her leadership track record spans multi-billion-dollar portfolios, where she has driven operational efficiency, financial transparency, and talent development.
“Amy’s proven expertise in financial leadership, risk management, and global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformations aligns seamlessly with Lifespace’s vision of operational excellence,” said Lifespace Chief Financial Officer Nick Harshfield. “Her leadership will be instrumental as we continue to evolve and strengthen our financial foundation, and I am thrilled to welcome her to our team.”
In this key leadership role, Wilson will oversee Lifespace’s finance and accounting functions, bringing strategic direction to these areas, while supporting the organization’s commitment to financial excellence and operational efficiency. Notably, she will play an integral role in the implementation of Lifespace’s ERP system while guiding her team to execute the organization’s strategic goals.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
