Tamela Douglas has been named executive director for Pinnacle Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Little Rock, AR. In this capacity, she will oversee all care, operations and programming. 
Douglas previously was human resources manager for Southern Administration Services Nursing and Rehab in Little Rock, AR. She also served as human resources manager with Admissions Central Arkansas Nursing Company in Little Rock. She brings over 28 years of administrative healthcare experience to this position.
