(Alexandria, Va.) – Leading national trade group Argentum and Lument, a national leader in multifamily and seniors housing real estate finance, have released the 2022 Largest Senior Living Providers Report, which outlines data and information about the largest 150 senior living providers in the United States.
Sponsored by FOX Rehabilitation, the report shows how U.S. senior living providers rank in size by number of units, how many employees they have, what types of care they offer, and more. Through the partnership with Lument, the report also offers valuable insights on the senior living sector and features a number of newcomers to the list.
The largest providers list is built exclusively from voluntary and company-provided data via survey. Rankings are determined based on total company units. In addition, leading executives from many of these big players in the industry offer business-environment projections and candid assessments of challenges ahead, notably the workforce crisis impacting all providers.
The report includes breakout lists of the largest assisted living, memory care, and independent living providers, encompassing the wide range of care settings seen in the senior living sector.
