Two training courses have been added to the training offer. The new Infection Prevention & Control course, developed by senior living experts and in partnership with Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), is a comprehensive training program provides caregivers with a deeper understanding of how to prevent infectious diseases from spreading throughout senior living communities, minimizing risk for both residents and staff. And, the new Senior Living & Career Opportunities course offers participants the opportunity to learn more about the senior living industry, and the career opportunities that the industry offers.
Additionally, the Senior Living Sales Counselor Certificate has been updated and is designed to help learners enhance their knowledge and competency in three fundamental areas: Industry Knowledge, Marketing Strategy and the Consultative Sales Process. Participants will take away a complete understanding of the different levels of senior living and be able to speak intelligently with prospective residents about the options that may fit their needs and preferences.
