[current_event_date]

ST. CHARLES, Mo.—Missouri-based Arrow Senior Living has announced 21 promotions in 2021, growing in nearly every department and expanding its executive leadership team.

Among those shifting to more senior roles are:

  • Cassie Tweten, chief sales officer
  • Justin Ladd, vice president of operations
  • Rob Cain, vice president of compliance
  • Hollie Walker, vice president of marketing
  • Julie Mills, vice president of integration
  • Kayla Barlow, vice president of resident experience

“For the past 12 years, Arrow Senior Living Management has operated our home office with a fairly flat organizational structure,” said Arrow’s CEO Stephanie Harris. “The model has served us well by creating collaboration and alignment between service areas. As our pipeline of new communities builds, the next step for us was to carve out a support structure to meet our growth and recognize the leadership team emerging.”

Tweten joined Arrow in 2010 and has been an integral part of developing and executing successful sales strategies throughout her tenure. This appointment is a recognition of those efforts.

Ladd will be leading Arrow’s team of regional directors and streamlining efficiencies across all service areas.

Under his new title as vice president of compliance, Cain is responsible for risk management and ensuring regulatory standards are being met.

Over her 20 year career, Walker has worked on major marketing campaigns with international brands. In her new role, she will oversee Arrow’s marketing and branding strategies.

Mills joined Arrow Senior Living in 2014 as a project director. Among her new responsibilities, Mills will drive innovation by integrating data to ensure system efficiency.

In her new role, Barlow will be responsible for enhancing programming to ensure Arrow’s 30 communities maintain their status as a great place to work and live.

Arrow Senior Living also welcomed new executive directors Benjamin Massaro, Joshua Berger and Eric Aston to their growing Ohio portfolio.
