With a robust background as a dedicated educator, Carson Smith joins the Charter Senior Living team after serving as a teacher at Wolf Meadow Elementary in Concord, NC. Her extensive tenure in teaching, encompassing both Kindergarten and Fifth Grade, has equipped her with a multifaceted skill set that will be instrumental in enhancing the lives of the residents.
Carson’s commitment to fostering creativity and fun in educational settings will now be directed towards designing and implementing a vibrant array of activities, outings, events, and more for the cherished residents at Charter Senior Living of Charlotte.

Carson graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, and her professional journey showcases a robust set of skills, including curriculum development, communication, leadership, and organizational expertise. Her commitment to excellence is further underscored by her recent certification in elementary school classroom management, demonstrating her proficiency in managing behavior in educational environments.
