[March 17, 2025] –Curana Health, the largest provider of senior living primary care services in the country, is pleased to announce a new partnership with American House, a leading national senior living company. Through this collaboration, Curana’s physician-led care teams will offer residents a wide range of concierge-style medical services within their residences, including:
- Routine preventive primary care
- Appointments for illnesses
- 24/7 access to clinical support
- Care coordination and arrangement of specialty appointments

Additionally, American House will participate in Curana Health’s Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Accountable Care Organization (ACO), which offers senior living and skilled nursing operators, who support care coordination efforts, opportunities for shared savings. This further reinforces the mutual goal of improving outcomes and helps maintain residents’ health and independence.
Curana Health’s emphasis on a value-driven approach to care has consistently led to positive results among its partners, with some experiencing 39% reduction in hospital readmissions, 30% fall reduction, 39% fewer instances of polypharmacy (when a patient takes or is prescribed more medications than clinically required), and/or 95% resident satisfaction.
