She’s setting the bar very high.
As a recipient of the inaugural Sales Operations Leadership Award from Life Care Services (LCS®), Beth VanDerWal will make it a challenge for those who may follow in her formidable footsteps. The Administrator of The Springs at Monarch Landing in Naperville was honored at the 2025 LCS Sales Conference earlier this month. LCS is among the largest operators of senior living communities in the country. 
Beth joined the team at The Springs when the community first opened its doors in 2014. She worked as the Certified Dietary Manager/Dietician. Through her commitment to managing clinical nutrition and dining operations and cultivating interdisciplinary planning, she quickly became an integral part of the management team. In 2021, she was promoted to the Administrator of The Springs.
Under Beth’s remarkable leadership, The Springs has earned numerous accolades and awards, including:
