Alexandria, VA – Argentum, the leading national association dedicated to supporting companies operating professionally managed, resident-centered senior living communities, is proud to announce that Gloria Johnson-Cusack, author, change leadership expert, former National Board Chair of UCP, and former lobbyist for foundations and nonprofits, will be the luncheon keynote speaker at the Senior Living Leadership Summit.
Ms. Johnson-Cusack will share her expertise and insights on why leaders in the senior living industry must engage more authentically with diverse populations – both inside their businesses and externally with existing and potential customers – in order to be current and relevant in a changing landscape. She will also discuss how to create an inclusive environment that is welcoming to all.

Ms. Johnson-Cusack reflects the theme of the conference, “Driving Innovation and Action.” The theme and Summit program are the result of the newly appointed steering committee that contains a diverse mix of senior living industry leaders.
