Heritage Communities is pleased to announce John Pryor as the company’s new Vice President of Operations, bringing extensive experience in technology, operations, and organizational development. John’s leadership will support Heritage Communities’ mission of Living Better, through exceptional care and first-class resident experience.
In this role, John will focus on establishing, communicating, and implementing operational policies, practices, and standards, ensuring consistency and excellence across all communities. He will collaborate with executive leadership to drive company-wide goals while working closely with regional and community leaders to enhance operations, develop leadership teams, and ensure outstanding resident care and financial performance.

John joins Heritage Communities with a strong background in business integration and scaling operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Birkman International, leading a cross-functional digital transformation to enhance scalability and accessibility for customers. Prior to that, John served as President at Diabetes Supply Center of the Midlands, where he gained valuable experience in healthcare operations. A Nebraska native, John earned his BSBA in Accounting from Creighton University.
