Heritage Communities Welcomes Lacy Jungman as VP, Growth and Business Development

[current_event_date]

Omaha, NE: Heritage Communities is thrilled to welcome Lacy Jungman back home. Lacy returns to Heritage Communities as the Vice President of Growth and Development. In this new role, Lacy will work cross-functionally to encourage a prospect-centered sales culture, enhance current performance toward revenue goals, and identify opportunities for growth for the overall portfolio through innovative approaches and new business opportunities.

When asked about her return to Heritage, Lacy shares “I knew I would someday return to the provider side. To make a difference in this industry as a provider, I believed it was important to see our work through a different lens and jumped on the opportunity to work with a partner when it was offered. But my true calling, working with a team to better the lives of older adults, drew me back to Heritage Communities. As I look across the industry, I have been most impressed with the organizational and team health at Heritage and couldn’t think of a better place to call home.”

With 17 years of hands-on experience in senior living and a majority of that with Heritage Communities, Lacy Jungman specializes in crafting innovative strategies in sales, marketing, and customer experience. Lacy’s heart lies with the team members who have a direct impact on the resident experience, seniors, and their family members. Her first foray into senior living was as a volunteer during college calling BINGO, painting ladies’ nails, and swapping stories with the residents. Although she has taken some breaks away from serving seniors, she admits in her own words, “when your passion is aligned with your core being, you can’t stay away.”

“We couldn’t be happier to have Lacy rejoin the team,” says Amy Birkel, Heritage Communities Chief Operating Officer. “This new role will pave the way for future growth and opportunities. Lacy’s industry experience, strategic vision, and fresh perspective complement our leadership team perfectly.”
