CARLSBAD, Calif.—Integral Senior Living, a premier senior living community management company, has named Jolene Farish executive director at Las Villas del Norte in Escondido, Calif. She began her career as a social worker at a 122 residence assisted living and memory care community. She has also been director of resident and family services and executive director for an assisted living community.
Las Villas del Norte is one of four communities where Integral as assumed management. The others are: South High Senior Living in Knoxville, Tenn.; Valley Vista Senior Living in Van Nuys, Calif.; and The Capstone at Royal Palm in Royal Palm Beach, Fla.

While ISL will assume management, all four communities have different owners. Las Villas del Norte is now owned by DiNapoli Capital, South High Senior Living is a new build owned by Dover Signature Properties, Valley Vista Senior Living is a new build owned by Landmark View Inc., and The Capstone at Royal Palm is a new build owned by Hunt Midwest.
By joining the ISL family, the communities will have access to the full suite of programs ISL has refined from years of offering the utmost levels of care for its residents. Amenities like Vibrant Life®, Generations Memory Care and Elevate® dining will be added to the new communities to enhance the experience expected of an ISL community.
ISL’s management of all four communities is currently in effect.
