PORTLAND, Ore.—Jessica Penland is the new executive director at Farmington Square Assisted and Memory Care, a Radiant Senior Living community in Salem, Ore.
Penland began her career in senior living as a housekeeper. She worked her way through being a caregiver, med tech, wellness coordinator, business office director, and assistant executive director.
She has been a part of the Radiant Senior Living family of senior care communities since 2011. She was previously executive director for Emerald Gardens in Woodburn, Ore. In 2017, Penland was named Radiant Senior Living Administrator of the Year.
