Katzmann, the CEO, Founder, and Board Chair, announced the promotion of two key senior leadership team members, underscoring the company’s commitment to nurturing internal talent. In her announcement, Katzmann reiterated her comprehensive daily involvement in running Juniper Communities, emphasizing her active leadership as CEO.
Chuck Hastings, formerly the Chief Financial Officer, assumes an expanded role as President in addition to his current responsibilities. In making the announcement, Katzmann praised 
Hastings’ 27-year tenure at Juniper, partnering with her in steering the company through significant growth and transformation. Katzmann will continue as CEO to drive strategic and business development activities as Hastings focuses on day-to-day operations and financial success.

Amy Purcell has been appointed Vice President of Sales following her exemplary contributions over the past three years. invaluable,” said Katzmann. “Her promotion is a testament to her achievements and our anticipation of her continued impact on Juniper’s success.” In addition to continuing to drive sales success at the community level, Amy will focus on higher level sales strategy and enablement.
