Nominations for the ALFA Awards must be submitted by January 25, 2013. Each year the ALFA Awards recognize caring employees, outstanding leaders, and ground-breaking programs that are creating the future senior living. All winning nominations will be honored at the ALFA 2013 Conference & Expo.
The ALFA Best of the Best Awards recognize innovative new programs and services that are creating the future of senior living. This year the awards and recognition will focus on programs and initiatives advancing excellence by addressing significant topics and trends influencing the senior living industry.
The ALFA Senior Living Community Leadership Award serves as a symbol for the thousands of executive directors and administrators who embrace the philosophy of resident-centered senior living, create a positive community environment and excel at achieving business goals.
The ALFA Hero Awards recognize individuals who are ideal representatives of the hundreds of thousands of people serving in senior living communities. Who on your team deserves a nomination? A direct caregiver? A nurse? Perhaps it’s your sales director or dining coordinator? It could even be a housekeeper or a special volunteer.
