Lauren previously served at Orchard Cove Senior Living Facility (HSL), where she led the redesign and reopening of two restaurants, organized VIP events for up to 180 attendees, and supervised a team of 30 culinary professionals. She is passionate about creating engaging dining experiences and responding to customized resident dietary needs.
Lauren holds both an Associate and Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, earned with honors, and is a graduate of the LeadingAge Massachusetts Leadership Academy. She is a Certified Dietary Manager and has received certifications including ServSafe and Allergen Awareness Training.
Lauren’s dedication to culinary excellence and resident satisfaction will play a pivotal role in elevating The Residence at Five Corners dining.
