Lea Goddard is named Executive Director of The Residence at Penniman Hill

HINGHAM, Mass. (October 5, 2023) – The Residence at Penniman Hill, an Assisted Living and Memory Care community owned and operated by LCB Senior Living, announced today that Lea Goddard has been hired as an Executive Director. The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community and ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of service and care.

Goddard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Management from Binghamton University
and a Master of Science in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from Long Island University. With over 20 years of experience in senior living, she has extensive knowledge of the field and Memory Care. She is also EssentiAlz certified by the Alzheimer’s Association. Previously, she served as the Executive Director for Sunrise Senior Living in Cohasset, Massachusetts.

The Residence at Penniman Hill opened in 2020. Located in Hingham, Massachusetts on the South Shore, the community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. The Residence at Penniman Hill puts a premium on service and hospitality while providing a wealth of amenities to make life easy and enjoyable.
