CLEVELAND, Tenn.—Legacy Village of Cleveland, a premier assisted living and memory care community serving Bradley County, has named Lisa Willis Cook, RN, as its director of sales and marketing.
A veteran in the senior living field, Cook brings to her new role over three decades of experience as a registered nurse.
As director of sales and marketing, Cook will provide community outreach on behalf of Legacy Village of Cleveland and will oversee tours, events, and all other marketing efforts. She will walk families and prospective residents through their move-in journey, from initial contact with the community to ensuring a smooth transition as a resident. Cook will work closely with the clinical team to provide continuous care and communication with the families and loved ones of Legacy Village.

Since graduating from Danville Memorial Hospital of Nursing in 1988, Cook has worked in a number of different capacities in the senior living field, including resident care director for a local senior living community and as a care coordinator with Tennessee Home Health Care of East Tennessee, where she also gained experience in marketing and educating both professionals and community members on services provided.
