Ferri joins LCB from The Arbors at Chicopee, where she led daily operations, resident relations, and budgeting, overseeing a team of 75 employees and 97 units. Through her focus on resident satisfaction and occupancy initiatives, she achieved cost savings by optimizing staffing and expanding partnerships with service providers, creating a more enriching environment for residents.
For over two decades, Ferri has worked as an independent consultant, advising senior living communities across a range of settings. Her expertise includes leadership coaching, marketing strategies, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory standards such as Joint Commission and CARF, giving her the skills to drive operational excellence.
Previously, as Assistant Executive Director at The Loomis Communities CCRC, Ferri played a key role in enhancing resident experiences and leading strategic planning initiatives. Her efforts, in partnership with prominent industry organizations, helped to build a culture of continuous improvement.
