CHARLOTTE, N.C.—Maxwell Group, Inc., a premier retirement management group based in Charlotte, N.C., is excited to announce the promotion of Dushyanth Biyyala to vice president of business development for the 15-community portfolio.
Maxwell Group is the parent company of Senior Living Communities, owner and operator of 12 retirement communities in the Southeast and Midwest, Live Long Well Care, a private-duty care service provider for seniors, and Wellmore, a line of luxury healthcare and wellness retirement communities with three locations in South Carolina.
Biyyala joined Maxwell Group in July 2018 in the role of finance associate. “Dushyanth has made a positive impact on our operations from his first day with us two years ago. As the VP of Business Development, he will help spearhead the growth of our company by focusing on acquisitions and development” said Maxwell Group president, Benjamin Thompson. “Dushyanth came to us from the real estate investment banking group at Jefferies, so this position is a natural fit. We are excited to continue growing our platform.”
Prior to joining Maxwell Group, Biyyala worked at Jefferies where he was an analyst in the real estate, gaming and lodging group. Biyyala is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and minor in Public Policy.
