New Perspective|Franklin is a multi-story structure for older adults on six acres at 7220 Ballpark Drive South—next to the Milwaukee Milkmen baseball stadium. The community features 149 rental units consisting of independent and assisted living apartments and Betty’s Harbor, a secure neighborhood specifically designed for those with memory loss.
