As of February 28, 2025, Northbridge welcomes The Landing at Saco Bay in Saco, ME; The Landing at Cape Elizabeth in Cape Elizabeth, ME; Riverbend at Farmington in Farmington, CT; and Skybrooke at Simsbury in Simsbury, CT. This expansion strengthens Northbridge’s presence in Maine and marks its entry into the Connecticut market.
The Landing at Saco Bay – A 42-unit, memory care community in Saco, ME, designed to support individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
The Landing at Cape Elizabeth – A 57-unit assisted living community in Cape Elizabeth, ME, offering personalized care and an engaging lifestyle for seniors.
Riverbend at Farmington – A 120-unit premier assisted living and memory care community in Farmington, CT, providing a full continuum of care with modern amenities and dedicated support.
Skybrooke at Simsbury – A 120-unit premier assisted living and memory care community in Simsbury, CT, providing a full continuum of care with modern amenities and dedicated support.
