Paul, a seasoned Certified Dietary Manager and operations leader with over a decade of experience in food service management and organizational transformation, brings a wealth of expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence. His accomplishments include driving a 15% reduction in food costs at Harvard University while enhancing guest satisfaction by 10% and spearheading a $500,000 dining room renovation at Bon Appétit in Easton, Mass. With a strong track record of scaling operations, Paul has also successfully managed teams of up to 80 associates and driven revenue growth through innovative strategies.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Southern New Hampshire and is certified as a Food Service Management Professional and Dietary Manager.
