Mr. Zikopoulos will share his expertise and insights on the power of big data, the next generation of technological change, AI, and the disruption it creates in the marketplace. With more than 25 years of experience in technology strategy, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the conference and will discuss how senior living organizations can use current and new technology to create value-added services for their customers while continuing to provide quality care.
The addition of Mr. Zikopoulos reflects the theme of the conference, “Driving Innovation and Action.” The theme and summit program are the result of the newly appointed steering committee with a diverse mix of senior living industry leaders.
