DALLAS—Pegasus Senior Living has named Alex Germain-Robin Southeast Regional Director of Operations. He will oversee the operations and overall efficiency of Pegasus’ Southeast communities with a mix of independent living, assisted living and/or memory care services.
In addition, his duties will include ensuring key leadership teams are following Pegasus’ mission of ultimate resident satisfaction and associate engagement to “Make Every Day the Best Day Ever.”
Germain-Robin is dedicated to exceptional service for both associates and residents and has a strong background in senior living. He has been a part of the industry since 2008, in various roles such as executive director, multi-site executive director, and vice president of operations from national operators. He graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor of science in hospitality and tourism management.
At Town Village Crossing, a Pegasus Senior Living independent community in Arlington, Texas, Tommy Saxon has been named executive director.
Saxon has been in the senior living industry since 2013, in leadership positions such as general manager and area director of sales and marketing. As executive director, Saxon is responsible for enriching the lives of the residents, their families, and associates. He will ensure compliance with all rules and regulations, manage day-to-day operations, and take ownership in business performance and resident expectation goals.
