Pegasus Senior Living is proud to announce key leadership changes designed to strengthen its commitment to excellence in senior living and position the organization for continued growth in 2025 and beyond.

Industry veteran Chris Hollister, Pegasus Chair and CEO, will maintain his role with a refined focus on revenue growth and new business development, while the following leadership promotions have been made:
Rich Williams and Wade Mullis Named Co-Presidents
Rich Williams, Co-President & COO – Rich will continue his role as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing operational, clinical, and sales teams.
Wade Mullis, Co-President & Chief Administrative & Investments Officer – Wade will continue to lead accounting, financial planning, IT, facilities, risk management, and investment functions.
Additional Key Leadership Promotions:
Daniel Leaf, Senior Vice President of Business Development – Daniel will shift his focus to new business development while continuing to support market analysis and sales analytics.
Brittney Fisher, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing – Brittney will directly oversee all regional sales teams, driving strategic sales alignment across the Pegasus portfolio.
“For Rich and Wade, this is an acknowledgment of the key leadership roles they play at Pegasus,” states Chris. “Daniel has led our sales efforts since 2021, and is pivoting to working directly with me on strategic growth initiatives as well as advising on the current sales efforts. Brittney Fisher is an extremely experienced senior living sales professional, and we believe she can successfully drive occupancy well into the mid 90s at each location.”
He adds: “As we enter 2025, we believe we have a unique opportunity to grow our senior living management business and co-invest with capital partners on new opportunities with one of the most seasoned management teams in the sector.”
Based in Grapevine, Texas, Pegasus Senior Living manages 44 communities in 13 states, comprising approximately 4,700 units, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Photos of the newly promoted leadership are available upon request.
