ROANOKE, Va.—Retirement Unlimited, Inc. (RUI), a Virginia family-owned and operated senior living community management company established in 1984, announces the Westmont at Short Pump team has officially moved into the community in anticipation of an April 2021 opening date.
Matt Winningham, executive director, has been with RUI since 2016 and will direct and oversee operations, strategic planning, recruiting, and training across all departments and disciplines. Winningham has assisted multiple RUI communities in Virginia in an interim-executive director capacity. His most recent role as regional director of plant operations affords him an in-depth knowledge of the Westmont at Short Pump’s construction progress.
Brigitta Lewis, director of marketing and community relations, has been with RUI since 2020 and will drive all sales and census development initiatives while building relationships with depositors and families. Lewis brings experience in both skilled nursing and multi-level senior living communities.
Anna Fowler, move-in coordinator, has been with RUI since 2020 and will assist Lewis with the move-in logistics and building rapport with depositors and families ensuring the “first impression” experience is met at the opening of the community.
