ROANOKE, Va.—Bryan Lamartin has been promoted to vice president of operations for Retirement Unlimited, Inc (RUI).
Bryan joined RUI in 2012 and has held roles in marketing and sales and most recently as the executive director for the Heatherwood Community, in Burke, Va., since 2017. In his new role, he will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of RUI’s Wellington at Lake Manassas (Gainesville, Va.), Bay Lake (Virginia Beach, Va.), The Hidenwood (Newport News, Va.), Woodland Hills (Roanoke, Va.), and Heatherwood (Burke, Va.) communities. As the senior leader for these communities, Lamartin will ensure the success of each community and provide added support and attention where needed including on-site direction for the executive directors.
Lamartin will report directly to Doris-Ellie Sullivan, president of RUI.
At the Heatherwood Community, Jamie Houston returns to RUI as executive director. Houston has a history with RUI as executive director of several of their Northern Virginia communities. She brings her knowledge and experience with successfully operating assisted living communities and over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has an extensive background in nursing, marketing, and business development. Houston grew up on Long Island and later attended Alfred State University.
Houston will report directly to vice president of operations, Bryan Lamartin.
