Fowler joined RUI in 2020 as move-in coordinator. In her new position, Fowler is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospects and professionals to help build brand awareness and census of the community. She will blend her compassion for the senior population with her interpersonal skills to successfully promote independent living, assisted living, and memory care to help cultivate value and excitement for leads, professionals, and team members.
Fowler graduated from Virginia Tech in 2020 having majored in applied economic management with a minor in leadership and social change. During college, she volunteered her time at a local retirement community which inspired her search for a job in senior living post-graduation.
