(CHICAGO, Illinois, Oct. 10, 2022) — Senior Lifestyle recently promoted Shari Lefevre to regional director of operations. In that role, Lefevre oversees community operations and supports community leadership in nine senior living communities located in Ohio, Washington D.C., Texas, and Arizona.
“Being in a position to offer guidance and support to Senior Lifestyle communities is an awesome opportunity,” said Lefevre. “I look forward to working with our team members to achieve optimal occupancy results and great living experiences for our residents.”
Previously, Lefevre served as executive director of Thunderbird Senior Living, a 352-unit Senior Lifestyle community in Glendale, Arizona that offers independent living, assisted living and memory care housing and services. While in that role, Lefevre grew the occupancy of the Thunderbird community to 96 percent from 67 percent in a one-year period. Lefevre has 13 years of experience in the senior living industry, where she has worked in human resources, sales and administrative roles.

Lefevre joined Senior Lifestyle in 2012. Prior to that, she worked at Freedom Inn at Sun City West. Lefevre has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from Northern Arizona University.
