(Burlington, MA: November 12, 2024) Leading senior living consulting firm Northbridge Advisory Services (NAS) announces the promotion of Greg Anderson to Managing Director and Bryan McKeever to Senior Sales Specialist. The firm also announces the addition of Rebecca Hudson Janeczek to the consulting team as Operations Specialist. Sharon Ricardi has been named Senior Advisor overseeing the firm’s affordable senior living engagements. Serving the senior living sector for over 20 years, NAS is known for operational asset management, asset performance evaluations, sales and marketing services, revenue cycle management and expense control to private equity, real estate investment trusts (REIT), lenders, and operators in senior living.
In his new role as Managing Director, Greg Anderson is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction, managing client relationships, driving business growth, and inspiring a team culture of service excellence, client collaboration, and best-in-class innovation. Greg was part of the parent company Northbridge Companies’ founding leadership team in 2004 and has held leadership roles with national and regional operators since 1996.
Bryan McKeever has been named Senior Sales Specialist at NAS after two years with the firm. In his new capacity, Bryan is responsible for driving sales and marketing services to clients through training, coaching, system development, needs assessments, and CRM support. Bryan brings over 20 years of experience as a consultant in the senior living sector.
Rebecca Hudson Janeczak has joined the NAS team as Operations Specialist and is responsible for providing leadership and direction to consulting clients in the areas of developing operational efficiencies, and revenue and margin growth. Prior to joining NAS, Rebecca was a Senior Director at Enlivant Senior Living and manager of Strategy and Operations within PricewaterhouseCooper’s Advisory practice.
Veteran senior living expert, Sharon Ricardi has assumed consulting oversight of the firm’s expanding affordable senior living engagements and is known for her pioneering work in bringing affordable assisted living to the market. Working in collaboration with Gragg Cardona Souadi, Sharon has been instrumental in the creation of system development, hiring, and leasing, of the first all affordable assisted living community in Washington DC’s Ward 7, The Residences of Kenilworth Park. In addition, she is working with Gragg Cardona Souadi on two additional affordable development projects in Washington DC.
