WALTHAM, Mass.—Bridges® by EPOCH at Hingham has named Shari Flight senior advisor. She is responsible for all aspects of internal and external sales as well as outreach within the community.
Previously, she was Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham’s life enrichment director. During this time, she supported the previous senior advisor in guiding families in the exploration process.
Flight has more than 10 years of experience in programming and extensive experience in dementia care as a life enrichment director, certified dementia practitioner and a certified Teepa Snow Personal Approach® to care coach.
Flight says she decided to seek a career in senior living after watching her mother care for older adults in her family. “This paved the way for me in regard to respecting our elders and making sure they receive the care that they have given to so many throughout their lives,” she said. “I am so grateful to have had my mother as my role model growing up because she has led me to a career path that is so incredibly rewarding.”
