ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.—Lori Silinskie has joined Solvere Living, a management operations senior living company, as regional vice president.
Silinskie is an accomplished leader with over 30 years in the senior living sector. Prior to Solvere, she owned her own senior housing management and consulting firm, providing development, operations, and sales support to developers, investors, and owners. Before that, she served in various operator roles for some of the largest senior care providers in the country.
“What most impressed me about Lori is her broad knowledge and depth with all facets of operations, including finance, sales, and marketing” said Rebecca Townsend, COO Solvere Living. “Her consulting experience will be a huge boon for Solvere Living.”
Silinskie is licensed in assisted living in three states, possesses both a real estate and CAM license and is trained in the “Positive Approach” Teepa Snow dementia program. She is an active volunteer in her local community with With Love Global for feeding the Atlanta homeless community, supporting foster families with meals through Live the Promise, and the elementary school Virtual Learning Lab where she supports children with one-on-one tutoring and crafts.
