Target customers got more than items on their list during a recent shopping trip. They walked away with some yellow, rubber duckies inscribed with cheerful messages created by residents at Chisholm Place, an Anthem Memory Care community in Wichita, KS. The seniors decorated the bathtub pals to spread joy and positivity.
“Our residents were inspired by Rubber Ducky Day and wanted to put a smile on people’s faces,” said Jordyn Ridenour, life engagement director for Chisholm Place. “This project gave our residents a renewed sense of purpose. They were thrilled to surprise the shoppers with creative and uplifting messages.”
Chisholm Place is located at 1859 N. Webb Rd., Wichita, KS.
