The Chelsea at Brookhaven Opens Assisted Living and Memory Care Community

[current_event_date]

FANWOOD, N.J.—Chelsea Senior Living has opened the assisted living and memory care community at The Chelsea at Brookhaven, in Yaphank, N.Y.

Located in the new development The Boulevard at the intersection of the Long Island Expressway and William Floyd Parkway, The Chelsea at Brookhaven offers premium services and amenities for seniors who need daily assistance or have memory impairment. The community provides high-quality health care programs, a comprehensive wellness continuum, five-star dining, social opportunities including daily activities, trips, themed parties, and events, and an expertly designed approach to helping residents experiencing memory issues.

While The Chelsea at Brookhaven’s independent living community has been open for the past two years, the assisted living and memory care community next door has recently received licensing approval from the state.

“It has been a long journey opening the doors to this community and while we have waited patiently, we know families and soon-to-be residents have had to wait nearly as long to move in to their beautiful new homes,” said Roger Bernier, COO and president of Chelsea Senior Living. “We are thrilled to welcome these residents to our Chelsea Family.”

The staff at The Chelsea at Brookhaven has decades of experience in senior living and are dedicated to fulfilling each resident’s needs.

The community is surrounded by residential housing, shopping, a hotel, and various new builds.
