LCB Senior Living’s Newest Location Is Scheduled to Open in Spring 2024

BEDFORD, Mass. (October 5, 2023) – The Residence at Bedford, the newest community from LCB Senior Living in Bedford, Massachusetts, announced today that Arzu LeBlanc has been named Executive Director. Executive Directors are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community and ensuring that the highest quality of service and care is being provided to residents. The Residence at Bedford is scheduled to open in summer 2024.

LeBlanc has nearly a decade’s worth of experience in the senior living industry, having previously served as an Executive Director for EPOCH Senior Living and Benchmark Senior Living, where she was named the company’s Executive Director of the Year in 2017. LeBlanc has a true passion for senior living care; being hospitable, courteous and having the utmost respect for seniors was the culture she learned growing up in her home country of Türkiye. Prior to entering the senior living industry, she worked for more than 10 years in the hospitality industry.

Located on South Road, The Residence at Bedford is bordered by Hartwell Town Forest on one side, the Minuteman Bikeway on the other side, and is just minutes away from beautiful downtown Bedford, historic Walden Pond, the Burlington Mall, and other local amenities. The community will serve residents of Bedford, Billerica, Burlington, Carlisle, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, and other nearby towns.

Every one of LCB Senior Living’s more than 30 residences includes 24-hour support and security staff, housekeeping, transportation, wellness programs, and gourmet dining options. In addition, LCB offers various living accommodations – Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Reflections Memory Care – to suit the needs of all its residents.
