LAKE OSWEGO, Ore.—Theresa Bigalk has been named executive director of Cascade Creek, a new Anthem Memory Care community scheduled to open this summer in Rochester, Minn. In this capacity, she will oversee all daily operations and care at the community.
Bigalk most recently was operations manager for Jaybird Senior Living in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her two decades of experience also include serving as a senior living operations executive and director of social services throughout Minnesota. She received a bachelor of science and social work degree from Winona State University.
Lake Oswego, Ore.-based Anthem Memory Care was founded in 2012 with the mission to protect, love and engage those living with memory loss. Anthem operates 11 other memory care communities in Illinois, Colorado, Kansas and California.
