SOLANA BEACH, Calif.—Senior Resource Group LLC (SRG), which develops, owns, and operates luxury senior living communities across seven states, has announced that three of their communities earned the Beacon Award for “Best in Wellness” from the International Council on Active Aging® (ICAA) and NuStep, LLC. The award showcases organizations that embrace wellness as a way of life for all residents and staff and recognizes their outstanding commitment, creativity, and culture.
SRG’s Maravilla in Santa Barbara, Calif., Maravilla Scottsdale in Arizona and The Village at NorthRidge in California were named among the top 25 communities across the nation.
According to a statement by ICAA, “wellness encompasses seven key dimensions—emotional, physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, vocational and environmental—that, when cultivated, can collectively enrich wellbeing, quality of life, overall health and longevity.”
