NAPLES, Fla.—Vi at Bentley Village has appointed Michele Bain to the position of care center administrator for the Bentley Care Center. In her role, Bain oversees all operations of the care center, from dining service to nursing care. She works closely with her team of nurses and support staff to develop a personalized approach for every care center resident.
Bain has a strong background in senior living, working as an administrator for skilled nursing facilities in Florida for nearly 20 years. She holds a master of social work degree and a bachelor of arts degree in psychology, both from West Virginia University.
In addition, she holds licensures as a nursing home administrator and a social worker and is certified as an assisted living CORE Training Program administrator.
“Michele brings extensive administrative experience and strong leadership skills to this integral position,” said Penny Smith, Executive Director of Vi at Bentley Village. “Her in-depth understanding of social work and resident services combined with her knowledge of southwest Florida, make her an excellent choice to lead the Bentley Care Center.
