WIL Mentor Match Program

Women In Leadership is thrilled to roll out its 4th Mentor Match Cohort Program, which will match women in the senior living industry, who want dynamic personal growth, with leaders who have achieved long-term successful careers and businesses in the senior living space. WIL is an Argentum initiative to support, mentor, educate, and lead women to the next level of their careers.

The Mentor Match Program runs between August and March each year.  A successful Mentee will have a clear idea of their professional goals, be committed to the process, and be open to the advice they receive. The best Mentors are good listeners, questioners, and strategic thinkers. Mentors should provide encouragement, frank feedback, reassurance, and positive suggestions for growth.

Applications are carefully reviewed for goals and objectives to find the best match between the Mentor and Mentee.
